My name is Emese Czintos, I was born in Brașov in 1976. I graduated from Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj in 1998 with a degree in Hungarian and English. I have an MA in Medieval Studies from CEU Budapest, and a PhD in Literary Studies from Debrecen University, Hungary.

 

I have been working as a translator for 15 years, as a freelancer, and, since 2003, also as translator and linguistic editor of the multidisciplinary journal Philobiblon - Transylvanian Journal of Multidisciplinary Research in the Humanities (www.philobiblon.ro), published by Lucian Blaga Central University Library, Cluj-Napoca.
